Textures and Embossing

I've had a lovely couple of evenings recently teaching my usual mono print class and I must say I'm a little sad its come to an end. Everyone was a little nervous to begin with but once I demonstrated some simple techniques, everyone got stuck in and there was no stopping them. There was definitely a love for textures and embossing in the air. 


I was very impressed with the work produced, just take a look and enjoy.

Rainy print day.

With no sewing workshops today what better way to spend a rainy Sunday than being in the print studio, getting inky fingers. Odd but I love the sound of rolling out inks - that static sticky sound that printmakers smile at, well I do.

Hopefully some new prints for you all to see soon.

Textural Monoprint Class
Two Wednesday Evenings
18th and 24th April, 6 - 8.30pm
£50 including all materials, please bring an apron or you'll be wearing the ink.

A playful monoprint workshop suitable for beginners or for those dessiring inspiration. You will produce spontaneous instant prints and will be experimenting with layering, simple stencils, texture and colour. Come with an open mind and creative fingers.
